Legally, anyone can call themselves a coach and take your money. Coaching can be like the wild west. Ensure that your coach has credentials. Rich Hazeltine is a certified ICF Coach with hundreds of hours of experience helping leaders in Tech, Finance and Engineering improve their game. He studied for over a year before earning the Professional Coach Certification from New Ventures West in San Francisco. ICF coaches are also bound by a code of professional ethics and oversight.

Valid & Reliable assessments
Rich Integration brings many different assessments from self and team reports to scalable tools for the whole enterprise. Whatever assessment you put to work in your business, ensure that they are tested and proven to be valid and reliable. For example, we use the 6Seconds EQ assessment validated with a sample of over 100,000 subjects and is the most widely used assessment of its kind in the world. There are some very popular “personality” type tests with a long history in business that have no psychological roots or validity. Using a poorly constructed instrument wastes company time and money.
