Why I do this kind of work:

I was confronted with the biggest derailment in my life that resulted in coaching, commitment to improve, and a pivot leading to sustainable and more effective behaviors, relationships, and impact. My high performance and results on a job got me fired after 12 years and 364 days with one employer. I committed to take a hard look at my behaviors and drivers, worked with a coach, and committed to change.  I saw my performance ratings and scope of work increase. Peer review ratings rose. Compensation increased. Improved work relationships.

Rich has worked in the field of Leader Development for over two decades. He holds an MBA and many current certifications including: Integral Coach, SPHR, CPLP, Change Management, Adult Learning and Social Learning, and Certifed Assessor and Network Leader for 6Seconds.org. 6Seconds is a leading non-profit provider of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) tools for individuals, organizations and youth.

He also serves as a volunteer in the Civil Air Patrol as the Chief of Staff for the Nevada Wing, Search & Rescue Pilot, and FEMA-trained Incident Commander.
